About Us

Local 433 represents 5,000 union ironworkers in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. We have advocated for fair wages and safety standards since our inception in 1903. The Local is part of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers.

Local 433 runs a world-class training program that teaches men and women the many skills involved with ironworking. The program’s tuition is affordable and scholarships are available. Click here for more information.

Contractors know they can call us when they need highly-skilled, specialized, drug-free workers. We have a list of productive tradespeople who we can call to complete any size project, whether it requires two or 200 people.

Our members are hard-working men and women who look to Local 433 to build careers and support their families. Solid jobs and families build thriving communities.

We have helped build many of the area’s most well-known projects, including Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Americana at Brand in Glendale and Cars Land in Disneyland.
